We feel it is important that our clients know exactly how much our services are going to cost them before they start. We therefore aim to offer a fixed-price charging scheme wherever possible to avoid confronting our clients with a bewildering array of options and pricing levels.

Initial consultation is always provided FREE OF CHARGE. We are happy for you to visit our offices to discuss your requirements in detail with one of our specialists, and we are always on hand to provide advice and assistance over the phone or by email.

Domain Name Registration:

The cost of registering a '.com' or '.co.uk' Domain Name is INCLUDED as part of our Web Site Design service. If you have already registered a Domain Name, the cost of transferring it to our servers is INCLUDED instead.

Additional Domain Names may be registered or transferred at a cost of £25 per domain name. For the 'standard' TLDs (Top Level Domains) of ('.com', '.co.uk', '.net', '.org', '.plc.uk' and '.ltd.uk') this price is INCLUSIVE of all registry fees. Other TLDs may incur additional fees as dictated by the relevant TLD registrar. Our Hosting service INCLUDES support for multiple Domain Names at no additional cost.

You will be billed again when the Domain Name comes up for renewal (every one or two years after it is registered).

Web Design & Programming:

The cost of designing a Web Site depends primarily upon the time it takes to implement. Simple static sites can be created in a matter of days, while more complex sites such as E-Commerce sites and Portals may take several months to complete.

We always provide a fixed-price quotation based upon a written specification that results from discussing the client's requirements in detail, however the following prices can be used as a guideline of the costs involved:

	A professionally designed, static site, with five to ten pages of information would generally cost in the region of £2,000 to £3,500
	An E-Commerce site, incorporating a custom written shopping cart with secure on-line ordering facilities would typically cost between £5,000 and £10,000.
	A Portal site, with highly interactive features such as discussion forums, opinion polls and search facilities would be in the region of £10,000 to £20,000+.

Hosting:

Fully featured Web Site hosting is charged at a fixed-price of £200 per annum for static sites or £300 per annum for Database-driven sites. This equates to £16.66 or £25.00 per month respectively. The hosting fee is payable annually in advance, with each payment due at the start of the period that it covers.

Maintenance:

Maintenance costs cover any work required to update the Web Site, such as adding details of additional services and products. This is charged at a rate of £50 per hour for any updates, however some clients prefer us to quote a fixed-price for the work, which we are equally happy to do. We do not normally charge for minor updates such as alterations to phone numbers etc.
